Does anyone have any recommendations for gluten free hand lotions that would be easy to find in a drug store (Eucerin, Lubriderm, etc.)? Thanks!!

I use Gold Bond Ultimate Healing Lotion (Aloe). You can get in any drugstore and it comes in a big pump bottle, a squeeze tube and a small travel size tube. My hands get really irritated from being in water - itchy, red and painful. This works instantly at making them feel better.

Neutrogena has a lotion called Body Emulsion. It seems to work really well for me, and it's really dry down here.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions!

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
