Hershey's

Do you have to worry about cross contanimation with Hershey's? The other day I was in the store and I saw a Hershey's baking chocolate bar and it only had two ingredients which were chocolate and cocoa. I was so excited because it didn't have soy and I haven't had chocolate in forever. I almost bought it but then worried that I might have to worry about CC with it.

I have not personally had any problems with Hershey's products

I haven't had any problems with Hershey's products that I know of. I'm still not healed though so I couldn't say for sure!

I believe Hershey's is one of the company's with good labeling. I don't usually eat alot of Hershey's because that where I am from, and sometimes you need the change of scenery :)

Thank you guys so much for the info. I really appreciate it. I think I am going to treat myself this weekend. I haven't had any junk food, at all, in quite a while.

Hershey's is planning on manufacturing/ processing some of their products in Mexico. They are closing some of their plants in the US and Canada. I e-mailed the company and they said only 10% of the products will be manufactured/ processed in Mexico.

We will have to look into this matter further to determine what products are involved and if we can trust them to be safe.

It looks like their most recent clinical trial just finished up on 5-22-2025.

Dear Scott,  please check the link https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT05574010?intr=KAN-101&rank=1 What do you think about it?

KAN‑101 is still very much in development and being actively studied. It has not been dropped—rather, it is advancing through Phases 1 and 2, moving toward what could become the first disease‑modifying treatment for celiac disease. https://anokion.com/press_releases/anokion-announces-positive-symptom-data-from-its-phase-2-trial-evaluating-kan-101-for-the-treatment-of-celiac-disease/

Thiamine interacts with all the other B vitamins.  Thiamine and B 6 make a very important enzyme together. With more thiamine and other vitamins available from the supplements your body is absorbing the ones you need more of.  The body can control which vitamins to absorb or not.  You're absorbing more and it's being transported through the blood.   It's common to have both a Thiamine and a Pyridoxine deficiency.  Keep taking the B Complex. This is why it's best to stop taking supplements for six to eight weeks before testing vitamin levels.

Yes I took a supplement that had B6 in it, low dosage though. I've stopped taking that. B1 doesn't affect other B vitamin levels?
