As I said previously, eating a lot of gluten the day before an endo is not likely to change the results one way or the other.

I would wear loose, comfortable clothes--they will have you change into a gown for the procedure.

I wore flannel pajama pants and a long sleeve top. For the procedure itself they make you wear a gown. After the procedure you may have a sore throat so soups and other foods along those lines might make you feel better.

They just told me to wear something comfortable and easy to get in and out of. I wore sweats and slip on shoes (flip flops, lol).

My throat was very slighly sore, so yeah, something easy to eat was good...although I was so hungry after the first endoscope/colonoscopy that I had a nutrition bar on the way home, lol.

I agree that eating wheat the day before won't accomplish much if you haven't regularly been eating it.

My daughter just wore her pajamas - we were the first scop of the morning and had to be there EARLY. I don't remember what she got to keep on and what she had to take off. My husband got to keep his pants but not his shirt and wore a gown. Good Luck tomorrow.

Eating a bunch of gluten now won't really do anything...so you should eat whatever you are comfortable with. I wasn't allowed to eat before my procedure, I wasn't allowed anything to drink either, had to stop at midnight the night before. After the procedure I wasn't very hungry, but they gave me a muffin and some juice in the recovery room. Later that day I had a nice cold fruit smoothie.

I would wear something comfy. They made me put a gown on for the procedure, but it was nice to be comfy on the ride home, and while I waited to get signed in and get things started.

Good luck!

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
