Has anyone become a member to foodintol.com...........they help you with a detection diet. I was wondering if it is worth the money to use their advice and information? thanks

I somehow got on their mailing list and can't get rid of them! I've never read anything yet from them which I didn't already know, however.

I looked it over and decided that while I suppose it could be useful for someone who hasn't researched much and who is truly lost with what to do, I figured I knew quite enough to set up my own elimination diets to figure things out and certainly didn't need to pay money to this site to do it!

This site mentions grains (gluten) a lot, so I imagine a lot of it is focused on a diet which eliminates gluten. And probably the other main allergenic foods such as egg, dairy, soy etc.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
