Looking For Recipe

I did a search, and couldn't find much. I want a recipe for bread that is like the gluten-free Pantry's. It is so good, and my kids love it, but we can't afford it! We have 4 kids, and I can't keep this bread around! I have given up on my other recipe because I jsut can't make it work.

So, does anyone have a recipe that calls for: white rice flour, brown rice flour, brown sugar, corn starch, powdered milk, etc? Those are some of the ingredients listed on the box.

I hope someone has a recipe like this!!

I really want to know too! We have 4 kids as well and this bread making is getting expensive. There must be a cheaper alternative. I'll be watching for the replies.

This is a link to the bread that I make weekly for my daughter. It is a modified Bette Hagman recipe. Maybe you could use it as a base and subsitute brown sugar for the white sugar, rice flour for the sorghum flour, etc.

I use Vance's Dari-free and subsitute for the eggs. I'm also putting a little bit of flax seed into it. I also preheat my oven to 200* and put the bread in the oven to rise, then turn it off for about 20 minutes to let it rise. Then I kick the oven back on to 400* and bake for about 20 minutes.

Hope it works for you!

From their website I see "organic barley leaf powder" as an ingredient. Keep in mind that the gluten is in the kernel, and not in the leaves. https://drinkag1.com/about-ag1/ingredients/ctr

Before the rise of social media we were well known by a lot of doctors and were recommended by many, especially our Safe & Forbidden Lists, but as doctors get younger and younger this is probably not happening as much as before.

Thanks Scott I will definitely check my vitamins and minerals to see what I am missing so then I can supplement. I was very concern about my Meniers syntoms and i tryed to find some alive. Now im just realizing that my celiac is provably the root cause of my Meniers none of the 12 doctors I saw told me anything about this.  This web site is so helpful, thanks to people like you we can get answers.

Vitamin D deficiency can contribute to rib pain. Chest pain stemming from the ribs ccould be costochondritis, which involves inflammation of the cartilage connecting the ribs to the breastbone. This pain can range from mild to severe, potentially mimicking heart attack symptoms, and is often worsened by breathing or movement. Other potential causes include muscle strain, rib fractures, or even referred pain from other conditions.  It will also help to chose vegetables low in omega 6.
