Well everyone,

A big thank you to all who responded to my previous thread! I used everyone's advise. :)

I used Deboles (sp?) corn noodles

I boiled them (adding a little salt and a drip or two of oil) and watched closely, adding one minute at a time until they were done.

I drained and rinsed

Whala! Spaghetti with gluten-free elbow mac. noodles! You all helped so much. B)

Hopefully, my slime noodle days are over. But if I relapse, I'll be back for support. ;)

That's it for now. -Julie

Don't give up! Although being able to call your The Slime Noodle Queen is kinda fun.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
