My sister will be attending a conference in Irving, Texas this weekend, and I'm wondering whether anyone can recommend places she can eat. I've already mapped out PeiWei, PF Chang's, Outback and Chick-fil-A. Any others she should look for?

Thanks!

Beth

Here is a thread about a restuarant in Dallas (which if memory serves correct is 20 min or so from Dallas?)

There is a more recent one, but I couldn't find it. Anyway, this one has the name of the restaurant, which is really what I was looking for. From what the posters said, it is delicious!

Yep, send her to Laura's Bistro. It is in Plano. If transportation is an issue, the train and then a short bus ride will get you to the place. It is will worth the trouble. Just google Delicious n fit, plano, and you will find it!

I travel into San Antonio frequently for Bread and Pizza to The Little Aussie Bakery.

Not sure if it helps but this place also is totally gluten free so you know everything is safe there. I know they do plenty of lactose, soy, corn and nut free stuff standardly too.

this is the website www.thelittleaussiebakery.com

hope it helps

Why are you replying to a post on gluten-free restaurants in Irving, Texas with info on a place in San Antonio. How is that appropriate?

best regards, lm

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

Thank you for the links to the articles.  Interesting reading. I'll be telling my brother in law because he has a lot of pain
