Hi, we want to take my son to PF Chang's tonight but I am wondering if they can make fried rice gluten free as my son really misses it. Has anyone ever had fried rice there?

Hmmm, as far as I know the choices are steamed brown rice, and steamed white rice, so not sure if fried rice is on the menu. I don't think it is. Food is delicious though, and at least at our local one, the waiters are trained in Gluten Free dining. Request that they not bring out fortune cookies though. They always forget.

If they don't, I can highly recommend the gluten-free Singapore Street Noodles. My daughters love them!

I'm sure if you ask them to make it for you (clean wok, gluten-free soy sauce, no seasoned pork/other pre-seasoned meats) it should be ok. My local chinese restaurant even does this for me :D

I used to always get gluten-free chicken fried rice when eating at PF Changs. There is something about the beef where it is not gluten-free. I have since discovered Changs chicken.. and that is where my heart lies. :P

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
