Hey everyone!

I just made the most delicious, simple, inexpensive, no-bake dinner!

Tortilla wraps:

1- 8oz package cream cheese

1- small (flat) can chopped black olives

1- small (flat) can diced green chili peppers

1/2 cup shredded cheese (any kind...chedder or moz.)

A couple of dashes of garlic powder

STIR! That's it.

Heat up store-bought gluten-free corn tortillas for 20 seconds in microwave. Spread on topping in thin layer. Wrap into burrito shape and EAT! Dip in picante sauce/salsa.

Add a side of mexican rice and you have a complete gluten-free dinner. ;)

Side note: I don't quite use the whole small can of green chili peppers. All of the ingredients are found easily at Wal-Mart or the local grocery store! B)

What brand of storebought corn tortillas are you using? I have not found one that was not produced on lines dusted with wheat or on the same lines as the flour tortillas were made. I have tried using a tortilla maker, but cannot get the dough correct to make them come out right.

      Hello, I was very stick, with flu like symptoms, but my virus panel came back negative and we couldn’t figure out what’s going on. The doctor then added a celiac panel. Has anyone ever had such a dramatic change? What are the odds this is true celiac I am going to have an endoscopy, but it’s expensive and I just feel like why can’t the labs be enough?...

One such variable is the sensitivity of the individual celiac to small amounts of gluten cross contamination. An amount that causes a reaction in one celiac many not in another, or at least not be discernable which, of course, does not exactly equate to...

      Is Cracker Barrel`s gluten-free menu safe for kids with celiac disease?

      I see that Cracker Barrel restaurants have a gluten free menu (not all locations, but one confirmed that they do). I was wondering if it is safe for my 5 year old son with celiac disease?
