Just started few days ago plain yogurt with probiotic and not sure if that causes problems or not, but I'm not feeling well.

Lots of bloating and dizziness.

thanks

Might depend on which brand of yogurt you are eating. Dannon doesn't guarantee that their yogurt is gluten free, but I believe Yoplait has gluten-free on the box. Yoplait is the one I eat, and I usually eat the peach or blueberry. Now the plain Dannon yogurt in the bigger containers does appear to be gluten free and I put it in my protein shakes.

Yogurt contains probiotics naturally. Could be either the brand has gluten as an additive, or you may have a problem with dairy itself. I used to eat Fage yogurt everyday, but when I eliminated dairy for a few weeks, the next time I tried yogurt it made my stomach feel yuck. So, I don't eat too much of it. It suddenly seemed really thick and heavy to me. Weird... but yogurt should contain probiotics. It's what makes it, well, yogurt.

all yoplait is gluten-free, and it's the best yogurt to me so....you're always safe with that, mmm the thick and creamy & whips never get old

I put on over 12kg by eating protein with every meal, 3 to 5 times a day. Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey etc. I stay away from too much red meat as it can be inflammatory. Scott is correct. I've come across a bunch of Coeliac PT's on Tiktok and Instagram. They all say the same thing, the key is getting enough protein and consistency.

It's great to hear that eliminating gluten has helped alleviate symptoms like eye burning, which is a significant and positive change. The first and most important step is to ensure you're consuming enough protein throughout the day to support muscle repair and growth, which can be challenging with a busy schedule. Since you're already physically active at work, adding focused strength training just 2-3 times per week can make a major difference. Bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups (modified if needed), and lunges, or using resistance bands at home, are excellent, efficient places to start. Remember, consistency with these short sessions and prioritizing post-workout recovery, including good sleep and hydration, are just as crucial as the workouts themselves. It's a smart, gradual process at any age.

Trader Joe's carries a good variety of affordable gluten-free foods like bagels, hamburger buns, pasta, etc. I like Franz Gluten Free bread, which is available at my local Costco. Food For Life and Little Northern Bakehouse (advertisers here) also make excellent gluten-free breads. Costco also sells gluten-free pizzas, crackers, gravy, etc.
