The blood tests are not always accurate. They can rule Celiac in, but the can not rule it out. A negative blood test does not mean that you do not have Celiac. There are the test that you should have had:

Anti-gliadin antibodies (AGA) both IgA and IgG

Anti-endomysial antibodies (EMA) - IgA

Anti-tissue transglutaminase antibodies (tTG) - IgA

Total IgA level.

If you do not want to pursue further testing, you can begin the diet. A positive dietary response is a diagnosis in itself.

The blood tests aren't very accurate especially in adults, I've read. You could ask for a biopsy to see what the state of your intestine is. Were you eating gluten at the time of the blood tests?

no, actually I was gluten free since few weeks, didn't know that for blood test it is also required.

I have also B12 level done and looks like is OK, didn't see yet for my own eyes the results.

But today feeling bad, bloating and heartburn.

thanks

If you are gluten free before the tests, it might give a false negative. The same goes for the biopsy, so if you have continued to eat gluten free, that makes any more testing unreliable. Have you felt any better on the gluten free diet? Not necessarily completely better, but at all better?

not sure, I thought I did until I got hit again 2 days ago. Definitely have less abdominal cramps and burnings,

but since 2 days I feel weak and tingling plus heartburn. True is I drink some milk and buttermilk but it's not a gluten right? Never in the youth had problem with milk.

thanks

KAN‑101 is still very much in development and being actively studied. It has not been dropped—rather, it is advancing through Phases 1 and 2, moving toward what could become the first disease‑modifying treatment for celiac disease. https://anokion.com/press_releases/anokion-announces-positive-symptom-data-from-its-phase-2-trial-evaluating-kan-101-for-the-treatment-of-celiac-disease/

Thiamine interacts with all the other B vitamins.  Thiamine and B 6 make a very important enzyme together. With more thiamine and other vitamins available from the supplements your body is absorbing the ones you need more of.  The body can control which vitamins to absorb or not.  You're absorbing more and it's being transported through the blood.   It's common to have both a Thiamine and a Pyridoxine deficiency.  Keep taking the B Complex. This is why it's best to stop taking supplements for six to eight weeks before testing vitamin levels.

Yes I took a supplement that had B6 in it, low dosage though. I've stopped taking that. B1 doesn't affect other B vitamin levels?

Have you tried lip balm made from tallow?  It's been used for thousands of years and works better than those with waxes. I prefer Vintage Traditions brand tallow balm products.

Are you taking a B 6 supplement or a supplement containing B 6 like a B Complex?  Do you have pins and needles in your toes?   Don't worry about the thiamine being high.  The blood is a transport system that carries thiamine to the cells so they can store it.  It's fine.
