Small Red Spots In Mouth

Recommended Posts

HAs anyone ever had this??? they are on the insides of my cheeks more towards the back of my mouth.

I did have soars, that were bleeding and a burning tounge a few months back, which is what led me into finding out I have a gluten intolerance. They cleared up when I went gluten free. I did end up having gluten this past weekend and got sick, I just noticed a few days later these very dark red, small bumps in my mouth, almost like pimples inside my mouth and they do hurt slighty if I press. One looks like it is raised and the others look flat......wierd???

Hi,

I used to get white lumps that turned dark red after a couple of days, this went away after going gluten-free. If there is anything weird going on in my mouth I check everything I am eating for gluten before I even think about going to a dentist. lol

hope this helps

Gluten Free Since mid March 2008

As well as gluten I can't eat: cantaloupe, honeydew, dairy and most nuts and seeds. I also seem to have a problem with a lot of fruits and vegetables but only when they are raw.
