I was wondering what the best gluten free Bread Maker would be for me. Its only me and my non celiac wife and i am not the the most experienced baker and never made bread before. But I see many posts about people making bread and I would like to give it a try.

The Zojirushi brand seems to get the best reviews on this site. It is a little pricy, around $200. I didn't buy one because of the price and the fact that even for a supposedly premium item it had some bad reviews on Amazon.

I bought a much cheaper Sunbeam that works great for making the Pamela's wheat free bread mix. I can't give a review for using other mixes or making your own mix.

I would probably just make bread mixes and I love pamelas products. Thanks for your input.

I have a cuisinart with a gluten-free setting. It has been great. I cook from both scratch and mixes and have had good results. I like pamela's mixes, too. It's nice to be able to make something fancier, like raison bread, once in a while. I also run mine in the garage in the summer to keep the heat out of the house!

I can run mine on my balcony then lol the whole building and boardwalk will smell my bread cooking lol

Thank you that’s really helpful, hopeful won’t have to have a biopsy.

That means the normal range (i.e. not celiac disease) would be a result less than 14.99.  Your result is WAY above that. Some gastroenterologists would diagnose that as celiac disease even without a confirming biopsy because it is more than ten times the top of the normal range.

Hi everyone. Back in 2022 I had blood work drawn for iga ext gliadin. Since then I’ve developed worse stomach issues and all other health issues. My doctor just said cut out gluten. He did no further testing. Please see my test results attached. I just need some direction cause I feel so ill and the stomach pain is becoming worse. Can this test show indications for other gastrointestinal diseases?

Thank you. These were the results TTG ABS NUMERICAL: > 250.0 U/mL [< 14.99]  Really don’t understand the results!

Clearly from what you've said the info on Dailymed is much more up to date than the other site, which hasn't been updated since 2017. The fact that some companies might be repackaging drugs does not mean the info on the ingredients is not correct.
