So I can deal without cake and cookies and everything, but what about ice cream? I have some organic vanilla ice cream that I'm not sure about. Here are the ingredients, are they okay? Thanks for the help.

Ingredients:

Organic Skim Milk, Organic Cream, Organic Sugar, Organic Egg yolks, Organic Vanilla Extract, Organic Vanilla Bean Specks, Locust Bean Gum, Guar Gum.

Looks okay but as with any product the best way to tell is to call the company. An added benefit to this is that sometimes companies will have gluten free lists they will send, often with coupons.

Wanna make your own ice cream, safe as can be, in about 15 minutes? and it's INCREDIBLE! Okay, do this:

Choose a flavoring: 1 teas. gluten-free vanilla, 2 tables. blueberry, raspberry, grape jam, grind two teaspoons citrus rind, whatever... With mixer, combine with 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar, depending on sweetness you like. (add a few tables. of water if you like) Whip whipping cream 'til soft peaks or for 10 to 15 minutes. Whip in fruit, Pour in container and freeze for 5 hours. YUM!!!!!! It's exquisite!

Oops, sorry- use about a cup of whipping cream for that amount of flavoring but you can really play with this recipe- it's very forgiving.

Never ever found a vanilla ice cream that wasn't gluten-free.

"Conclusions: The urinary iodine level was significantly lower in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis, and iodine replacement may be important in preventing osteoporosis"  Body iodine status in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis Low iodine can cause thyroid problems, but Iodine deficiency will not show up in thyroid tests.  Iodine is important for healing, its job is to kill off defective and aging cells (Apoptosis). Skin, brain fog, nails, muscle tone all inproved when I started taking 600 mcg (RDA 150 - 1000 mcg) of Liquid Iodine drops. Some with dermatitis herpetiformis, Iodine exacerbates the rash.  I started at 1 drop (50 mcg) and worked up to 12 drops, but I don't have dermatitis herpetiformis.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and I found myself giggling with happiness as I read how your body reached such spring! And I hope that your current journey is also successful!! Definitely starting the food diary! So many amazing advices. And it’s very scary. It really hits all our soft spots as well as our confidence system. Most doctors I went thought I was underage despite being in my late 20s. Right now I look like am I twelve, but is also this body that’s taking so much, so I might as well love it too! Going to make the necessary changes and stay in this path. Thank you again! 🫶

Thank you so much for the information and kind message! Reading this transformed how I’ve been viewing my efforts and progress. Guess there’s still a lot to celebrate and also heal 😌  Yes, I’ve been taking it! Just recently started taking a multivitamin supplement and separated vitamin D! I also took chewable Iron polymaltose for ferritin deficiency 2 months ago but was unable to absorb any of it.  Thank you again! Hearing such gentle words from the community makes my body and heart more patient and excited for the future.
