No red meat
I did talk to the nurse and she asked who told me no red meat. I explained the person who called with the results of my blood work. That was last week. She told me the doctor was on vacation and would be back this week and she would talk to him and have someone call me this week. I have not received a call yet. I shop a fair bit with Azure Standard. fwiw, I add nutritional yeast to some of my recipes. since going gluten free I eat almost no processed foods but I imagine you could sprinkle yeast on top. -
