Looking For Best Hf Store In Orlando Area

I'm taking a trip to Orlando in the spring, and thought I'd scope out the area so I don't have to drag a full suitcase of food with me. I'm bringing my toaster oven, and will have access to a refridgerator. I will probably bake some bread and bring that with me, but thought I'd find out what is nearby and has the most gluten-free selection. We will also have a rental car.

Thanks!

Don't worry about being gluten-free in WDW they are wonderful. We all gained weight while at Disney. We had so many choices. Be sure to go to the Boma in Animal Kingdom & ask for Chef TJ. He is the greatest. I would suggest buying the dining pass at Disney & finding where you want to eat before you get there. We did our homework about four months in advance & had a wonderful time & no one was ever hungry...... We ate turkey legs, pizza, burgers with buns, fries, waffles, pancakes, desserts to die for, brownies & much more.

We love Disney.

I do know there are two Hfs in around Disney but to save the life of me I don't remeber the names. I know Publix Grocery & maybe one is Chamberlain's....

I'm not sure about other theme Parks in Orlando.

I was in Orlando in June-

I know there are 2 whole foods in the Orlando area.

I did not find the 2 Publix stores I went to be that great. The gluten-free section was small and had basically nothing I was interested in.

I am told from my aunt who lives in the Villages that a lot of the newer Publix stores have huge gluten-free sections, maybe you will luckier than I was.

Have fun!!!

i'm hoping to do a lot of my eating in the disney parks. however, to save money, we'd talked about bringing our own breakfasts. we are also going to be flying into orlando, and heading south (probably to the keys) for a couple days before going back up to WDW. wanted to stock up before driving down there :)

It looks like their most recent clinical trial just finished up on 5-22-2025.

Dear Scott,  please check the link https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT05574010?intr=KAN-101&rank=1 What do you think about it?

KAN‑101 is still very much in development and being actively studied. It has not been dropped—rather, it is advancing through Phases 1 and 2, moving toward what could become the first disease‑modifying treatment for celiac disease. https://anokion.com/press_releases/anokion-announces-positive-symptom-data-from-its-phase-2-trial-evaluating-kan-101-for-the-treatment-of-celiac-disease/

Thiamine interacts with all the other B vitamins.  Thiamine and B 6 make a very important enzyme together. With more thiamine and other vitamins available from the supplements your body is absorbing the ones you need more of.  The body can control which vitamins to absorb or not.  You're absorbing more and it's being transported through the blood.   It's common to have both a Thiamine and a Pyridoxine deficiency.  Keep taking the B Complex. This is why it's best to stop taking supplements for six to eight weeks before testing vitamin levels.

Yes I took a supplement that had B6 in it, low dosage though. I've stopped taking that. B1 doesn't affect other B vitamin levels?
