Our Preschool Teachers Actually Get It!

I met with Tori's preschool teachers last week and they were more receptive than I ever could have hoped for. 3/4 of them have had experience with Celiac or major allergies through a famiy member or friend. Her primary teacher was even suggesting ways we could keep her safe and bringing up things that could cause a problem that I probably wouldn't have even thought about! (LOVE HER) The school director called on every single art supply and then ran it by me as well. I'm making Play-Doh for both of her preschool rooms and getting money off of her tuition for it! The only thing in the classrooms that will contain gluten are pet foods for the class pet (darn fish food) and snacks. They go into a different room to eat lunch, so that won't even be a problem throughout the day. Yesterday was her first day back and things seem to have gone perfectly. She doesn't even seem bothered by the lunch room setup where she is sitting with the teacher instead of the handful of other kids. I don't think she even noticed. Luckily in preschool the teacher is still considered cool enough that its a privelege to her all to yourself. lol Anyway, I just wanted to add a positive experience because I know so many other people have had horrible ones.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
