It says it is made in a facility that also uses wheat. Has anyone ever tried it? I did once last summer and had indigestion, but it could've been cuz I ate it so fast (it was SOOOOO good!)

I eat Amy's gluten-free pizza all the time with no problem at all. I eat Amy's gluten-free mac and cheese too. I like the Amy's brand alot.

lol - thanks for getting back to me so swiftly. I actually cooked it and started eating it even though no one had answered yet (I couldn't resist :lol: ), but this time I am trying to eat it slower - THIS IS SO YUMMY! I just finished half.

Yea I personally think that of what I have found so far it is the closest thing to real pizza. It's not the same but it's really good. I always take enzymes with my food which helps because I eat fast too :D

I love Amy's rice crust pizza. I eat it with no troubles.

Where do you guys buy your Amy's products? I've heard you all talk about how delicious the pizza is, is there more than one kind or just the rice pizza and also you've all mentioned the Mac and cheese. Do you buy it on line or in the health food store or through a catalog?

There are more than one kind of Amy's pizza, so make sure to read the label and get the rice crust.

I get my Amy's meals at the health food store and also get some of them at Target and HyVee in the frozen foods section. They are cheaper at target and HyVee, but less variety there.

In my area, Wild Oats carries it. (I haven't tried her pizza, since I'm diary intolerant.)

my local grocer has a specialty section that sells it. Shaws' Supermarket in the Wild Harvest section. I have a Target here too, but I never thought to look for it there.

      I do not know this, but since they are labelled gluten-free, and are not really a product that could easily be contaminated when making them (there would be not flour in the air of such a facility, for example), I don't really see contamination as something to be concerned about for this type of product.

      Thanks @Scott Adams. Do you know if Kirkland Signature supplements share facility and production lines with other products containing gluten? I'm worried that I'll react to this brand just like I did with other gluten-free labelled supplement brands.

      Hello, @Jane02,  I take Naturewise D 3.  It contains olive oil.   Some Vitamin D supplements, like D Drops, are made with fractionated coconut oil which can cause digestive upsets.  Fractionated coconut oil is not the same as coconut oil used for cooking.  Fractionated coconut oil has been treated for longer shelf life, so it won't go bad in the jar, and thus may be irritating to the digestive system. I avoid supplements made with soy because many people with Celiac Disease also react to soy.  Mixed tocopherols, an ingredient in Thornes Vitamin D, may be sourced from soy oil.  Kirkland's has soy on its ingredient list. I avoid things that might contain or be exposed to crustaceans, like Metagenics says on its label.  I have a crustacean/shellfish/fish allergy.  I like Life Extension Bioactive Complete B Complex.  I take additional Thiamine B 1 in the form Benfotiamine which helps the intestines heal, Life Extension MegaBenfotiamine. Thiamine is needed to activate Vitamin D.   Low thiamine can make one feel like they are getting glutened after a meal containing lots of simple carbohydrates like white rice, or processed gluten free foods like cookies and pasta.   It's rare to have a single vitamin deficiency.  The water soluble B Complex vitamins should be supplemented together with additional Thiamine in the form Benfotiamine and Thiamine TTFD (tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide) to correct subclinical deficiencies that don't show up on blood tests.  These are subclinical deficiencies within organs and tissues.  Blood is a transportation system.  The body will deplete tissues and organs in order to keep a supply of thiamine in the bloodstream going to the brain and heart.   If you're low in Vitamin D, you may well be low in other fat soluble vitamins like Vitamin A and Vitamin K. Have you seen a dietician?
