Comprehensive Specific Nono/yesyes G.f. List

I am looking for a comprehensive all - encompassing list of approved brand name foods, vitamins, meds, supplements,

etc. without going to multi sites and never getting all of them.

For specific, I am interested in:

1. Vyvanse med

2. Gary Null products: Phyto powder, greenstuff, greens and grains, super antioxidants, etc.

3. Life Extension: Blast, anti alcohol antioxidants

4. All allowed flavored yogurt brands: Both soy and dairy

5. Macro Vegetarian Tokyo Seaweed salad (onestopnatural.com)

6.Sunspire chocolate covered dried blueberries

7. Egg beaters liquid

8.Philadelphia cream cheese 1/3 less fat

9. Any brand cream cheese

10. Cibo Naturals: Classic basil pesto

11. Bolthouse farms Fruit smoothies

If somebody could compile a list like this and other brand name items like weight watchers guides,

they certainly could clean up, because I can find no comprehensive list out there.

There are lists out there that have a subscription price - in particular, one called "Clan Thompson."

It's the Potassium Iodide in the HRT pills that is triggering Dermatitis Herpetiformis and the increased IGG levels.   The thyroid is stimulated by the Potassium Iodide, which stimulates immune cells to make more IGG antibodies.   Thiamine Vitamin B1 helps the thyroid function.  I like Benfotiamine and TTFD Thiamax.

I’m in a flare up with rib pain. I read where others have experienced this after exposure to gluten.  Has anyone found something that eases the pain.

Scott Adams/Trents - Thanks!  I will definitely do some more research.  I welcome any and all advice.
