Gluten Free Chinese Food Or Bbq Chicken Wings?

You might want to check into some of the Thai Kitchen items. They have noodle bowls and dinners that you just add meat and veggies to that he might like. Any of their gluten free items are marked as gluten free.

The safest BBQ chicken wings would be ones you make yourself. BBQ sauce is really easy to make and if you check the recipe section of the board there should be arecipe there. If you have a Wegmans near you they have one or two BBQ sauces that are gluten free and are marked as such with their circle G.

P.F. Chang's has a gluten free menu and you can buy gluten free soy sauce. Don't know about the wings. I did buy some BBQ sauce that was gluten free, but daughter didn't like the chicken I made with it. Neither did husband.

My favorite BBQ sauce is the Trader Joe's Kansas City BBQ sauce. It's gluten-free and it's by far the best BBQ sauce I think I've ever had. Lots of BBQ sauces are safe. I think Kraft's regular stuff is safe, too; just look at the label. Kraft clearly labels any gluten ingredients in their products.

They are available in run-of-the-mill supermarkets; I get mine at Winco. I use the San-J wheat-free Tamari sauce (gold or platinum labels only!!) because it's delicious. Food can be coated in rice flour, sweet rice flour, corn starch, or any combination of these when making fried Chinese food. I just follow the recipes on the back of the Sunbird packets, substituting the wheat-free Tamari for regular soy sauce, and dredging the meats in whatever gluten-free flour-like substance I happen to have around the house that day. Even my husband, the most picky Chinese-Food-Eater I have ever met, prefers what I make at home now. I think it's because we use better ingredients (i.e. Tamari, and corn starch instead of flour). It's certainly not my culinary skills, which are minimal at best.

Do some google searching for gluten-free-friendly Chinese Food restaurants in your area. I did that when I went on vacation recently and found an awesome place in Bend, OR which will prepare most anything on the menu gluten-free if you ask them to. For BBQ in restaurants, try Outback Steakhouse and ask for their gluten-free menu.

      Hello, no I had to have them re done and then used a liner over the top.  Many dentists are not aware of the celiac effects.  Best of luck.   There is other material, yet, very expensive.

      He is not just a psychiatrist.  He is also a neuroscientist.  And yes, I have already read those studies.   I agree with benfotiamine.  This is short term while glutened/inflammation occurs.  As I had already mentioned, these symptoms no longer exist when this phase passes.  And yes, I know that celiac is a disease of malnutrition.  We are working with a naturopath.
