Went here last night for dinner, and it was FABULOUS! The menu is all listed with gluten-free preps and all. The waitress informs you of everything that is put on your table that is gluten free (and sets non-gluten free stuff away from you in case you forget), you get your own little "breads", and they even have scrumptious desserts that are gluten-free. The breads were a little chewy, but the pasta was so good you wouldn't know it's gluten-free at all. They even have daily pizzas that are available gluten-free.

It was so wonderful knowing I was dining in a place where they "get it". I went to bed and woke up this morning feeling JUST FINE!

I live in a suburb of Buffalo, NY, and have eaten at Curly's 3x in the past 2 months! I'm so glad to have found them. Their staff is very aware of the gluten-free diet. The first time I ate there and ordered a Caesar salad, the waitress remembered that I could not eat croutons. Their (very extensive) menu includes a small symbol next to dishes that can be prepared gluten-free, which is a great way to eyeball all the Gluten-free selections. Curly's staff DOES "get it" when it comes to the gluten-free diet, and are very helpful to make your appetizer-to-dessert visit most enjoyable!

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
