When I eat out now it has to be at Ruby Tuesday, Chile's, Uno's, Outback, or Olive Garden(these are the chains in my area that offer a gluten-free menu). None of these places serve breakfast. Are there any restaurants with a gluten-free breakfast menu? Are there any chain restaurants with a gluten-free menu that I haven't thought of?

Don't know where you're located but First Watch has gluten-free breakfast options.

Perkins has some items. I called them last week, they said "meat, poultry, seafood with no seasoning or sauces, hashbrowns, mashed potatoes, all salad dressings, the egg classics breakfasts, bacon, sausage" you'll need to talk to the manager and explain cooking it away from other things and in a clean pan, etc, and avoid the french fries they told me they are NOT gluten free, but everything on this list above is. So for breakfast, you should be able to have eggs, hashbrowns and breakfast meat!

First Watch's menu looks awesome. This isn't very encouraging though: "The following includes a comprehensive list of menu items at First Watch that are Gluten-Free. However, due to occasional product substitutions or potential for changes in product ingredients without the knowledge of First Watch, Gluten intolerant guests are urged to use tremendous care in choosing from our menu."

lol. pretty bad. I'm going anyway.

      They may want to also eliminate other possible causes for your symptoms/issues and are doing additional tests.  Here is info about blood tests for celiac disease--if positive an endoscopy where biopsies of your intestinal villi are taken to confirm is the typical follow up.

      In the Europe the new protocol for making a celiac disease diagnosis in children is if their tTg-IgA (tissue transglutaminase IgA) levels are 10 times or above the positive level for celiac disease--and you are above that level. According to the latest research, if the blood test results are at certain high levels that range between 5-10 times the reference range for a positive celiac disease diagnosis, it may not be necessary to confirm the results using an endoscopy/biopsy: Blood Test Alone Can Diagnose Celiac Disease in Most Children and Adults TGA-IgA at or Above Five Times Normal Limit in Kids Indicates Celiac Disease in Nearly All Cases No More Biopsies to Diagnose Celiac Disease in Children! May I ask why you've had so many past tTg-IgA tests done, and many of them seem to have been done 3 times during short time intervals?

      This may sound ridiculous but is this supposed to say Celiacs? I looked up Coeliacs because you never know, there’s a lot of diseases related to a disease that they come up with similar names for. It’s probably meant to say Celiacs but I just wanted to confirm.

      I was told it was to see how much damage has been caused. But just told CT with contrast not any other name for it.
