Already Sick Of Wendy'S Need Help

I am only 3 weeks into being gluten-free and I am already sick of Wendy's baked potatoes and chile. Are there are any decent fast food options that are gluten free besides this? There are times I find myself out and about and would love to know of a few safe options that aren't always the same boring potato.

There are a few Qdoba's and Boston Markets in the Phoenix area, but not too close to where I am. I was under the impression that there is virtually nothing safe at McDonalds. Am I wrong? I would love to be wrong because the McD's near me has the most amazing toddler playland that my kids love.

Do you have a Chick-Fil-A near you? I haven't had any issues with them, and I consider myself to be pretty sensitive to gluten. They usually have indoor play lands, too :D (A favorite of my son's, especially on a rainy day)

Just curious and new, but: What do you get at Chick-Fil-A?

The chargrilled club sandwich w/ no bun and usually fries. They don't actually fry things there, which is good for us!

      Thank you this really helped.

Okay that is really good to know. So with that being positive and the other being high it makes sense she diagnosed her even without the endoscopy. So glad we caught it early. She had so many symptoms though that to me it was clear something was wrong.   yeah I think we had better test us and the other kids as well.

One doctor suggested it, but then seemed irritated when I asked follow-up questions. Oh well—

@GlorietaKaro, your respiratory reactions to gluten make me wonder if there might also be an allergic (anaphylaxis) component at work here.

Thanks to both of you for your responses!  Sadly, even after several years of very strict gluten avoidance, I remember the symptoms well enough that I am too frightened to risk a gluten challenge— heartbeat and breathing problems are scary— Scott, thank you for the specific information— I will call around in the new year to see if I can find anyone. In the meantime, I will carry on has I have been— it’s working! Thanks also for the validation— sometimes I just feel crushed by disbelief. Not enough to make me eat gluten though—
