I need a multivitamin that is gluten, dairy, corn, egg, seed, and nut free. Any suggestions?

Hi Joe and welcome! :)

I love the Everyday Multivitamin from Kirkman Labs. They are hypoallergenic and the only vitamins I've tried that I tolerate. I also take their vitamin D3.

Kirkman was recommended to me, too.

I know their multivitamins are gluten free, dairy free, egg free. I think nut free as well, and as for corn, they have a corn derived vitamin c in their multivitamin (but not all their vitamins) that is supposed be processed in such a way that there is no corn left. I don't know the process, however, so I suppose if you are immensely sensitive you may wanna be careful, or talk to them more.

Seed free, I don't know for sure.

However, I know that you can search on their site by 'blank free' on the left side bar, and when I called them they were very upfront and knowledgable about any and all allergens on their vitamins. AND, they only called it free of an allergen if it had nothing derived in any way from that product. so they don't list their multi-vitamin as corn free, even though if you call them, they will tell you that it should have no corn proteins remaining.

Like, for example, that the vegetable cellulose in the multivitamin is pine.

Good luck!

From their website I see "organic barley leaf powder" as an ingredient. Keep in mind that the gluten is in the kernel, and not in the leaves. https://drinkag1.com/about-ag1/ingredients/ctr

Before the rise of social media we were well known by a lot of doctors and were recommended by many, especially our Safe & Forbidden Lists, but as doctors get younger and younger this is probably not happening as much as before.

Thanks Scott I will definitely check my vitamins and minerals to see what I am missing so then I can supplement. I was very concern about my Meniers syntoms and i tryed to find some alive. Now im just realizing that my celiac is provably the root cause of my Meniers none of the 12 doctors I saw told me anything about this.  This web site is so helpful, thanks to people like you we can get answers.

Vitamin D deficiency can contribute to rib pain. Chest pain stemming from the ribs ccould be costochondritis, which involves inflammation of the cartilage connecting the ribs to the breastbone. This pain can range from mild to severe, potentially mimicking heart attack symptoms, and is often worsened by breathing or movement. Other potential causes include muscle strain, rib fractures, or even referred pain from other conditions.  It will also help to chose vegetables low in omega 6.
