Hello Amy,

I seem to be having the same issue. Seeing the doc yet again. Let me know if you find anything that works!.

My brother-in-law was given ensure to help with weight gain when he had cancer. I also drank it when my symptoms were at it's worse and I was losing weight because I couldn't hold solid food down. I know it has a lot of vitamins in it. It tastes really good which helps. You can get it at Wal-Mart.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
