celiac3270 I just read through the thread. OMG this person is seriously deluded. Reminds me of the threads I read on flat earth theory. I have a friend with celiac disease who thinks he can still eat "some" wheat. Nothing can convince him otherwise. He is sick all the time and just will not relate it to celiac disease. My mom was kind of delusional this way when she first got diagnoused. I have to go shopping with her because she still buys stuff she should not. I am guilty myself of occasionally slipping off the diet if something looks too tasty, then I get sick as a dog for a week or more and that cures me of taste testing. (For a while anyway..denial springs eternal) My brain is trying to kill me. I have not intentionally ingested gluten for six months now and I hope I never will again. Good luck trying to help this guy! Maybe a Twelve Step Program ? celiac disease Anonymous ? :D

I don't expect he'll ever change, but maybe if someone stumbles across that terrible misinformation my posts and those of others on here will encourage the celiac to do some more investigation and find the truth.

Thank you that’s really helpful, hopeful won’t have to have a biopsy.

That means the normal range (i.e. not celiac disease) would be a result less than 14.99.  Your result is WAY above that. Some gastroenterologists would diagnose that as celiac disease even without a confirming biopsy because it is more than ten times the top of the normal range.

Hi everyone. Back in 2022 I had blood work drawn for iga ext gliadin. Since then I’ve developed worse stomach issues and all other health issues. My doctor just said cut out gluten. He did no further testing. Please see my test results attached. I just need some direction cause I feel so ill and the stomach pain is becoming worse. Can this test show indications for other gastrointestinal diseases?

Thank you. These were the results TTG ABS NUMERICAL: > 250.0 U/mL [< 14.99]  Really don’t understand the results!

Clearly from what you've said the info on Dailymed is much more up to date than the other site, which hasn't been updated since 2017. The fact that some companies might be repackaging drugs does not mean the info on the ingredients is not correct.
