In another topic someone mentioned that Metamucil is not safe to take. Is this correct?

If they make these in the same plant that they make the other products I wouldn't touch as IMHO the CC risk would be high. If you need more fiber can you slowly add more fruits and veggies to your diet instead of going with a fiber supplement?

What about MiraLax? I am not sure it is considered a fiber or just a laxative but I think it is save to use on a regular basis.

Metamucil is safe and gluten free. I called them a while back. But you can call again to ease your mind.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
