Boxed Chicken Rice Mix?

So obviously Rice a Roni and Lipton Rice sides are out of bounds now, since they have wheat pasta in. Are there any brands of boxed chicken-flavor rice mix that are gluten free? I know they're super highly processed, but Lipton Rice creamy chicken flavor was one of my very favorites before I stopped gluten and I'm craving it like mad.

Barring a mix, are there any recipes for something similar? I found a couple online but nothing tastes right.

Lundberg makes some Gluten free risoto mixes. I don't know if they have a chicken flavor though.

Lundberg's Risotto mixes are amazingly yummy!! The Garlic Primavera is my favorite and they are very similar to rice-a-roni.

Another rice mix I like to make is made by Thai Kitchen. I found it in the Thai section of my grocery stores, it says gluten free right on the front and they are very good! Some of them are a bit spicy, so remember to check for the "mild" or "medium" label on the box. You can also find them on Am@azon.

Try this. Sooooo yummy and creamy. I added some garlic. do the spinach or not. Asparagus at the last minute would have been good.

Ingredients:

50g butter

1 large onion, finely chopped

2 chicken breast fillets, cut into 2cm cubes

440g arborio rice

60ml white wine

1.25L gluten-free chicken stock

50g grated parmesan, plus extra to serve

2 tbs chopped fresh basil, plus extra shredded basil to garnish

a good handful of baby spinach leaves

Olive oil, to drizzle

100g marinated roasted capsicum*, drained, thickly sliced

* Available from some delicatessens or in jars from some supermarkets.

Method:

Preheat oven to 170

There are several risottos, but unfortunately no chicken. The broccoli cheddar one does look good.

      Hello, no I had to have them re done and then used a liner over the top.  Many dentists are not aware of the celiac effects.  Best of luck.   There is other material, yet, very expensive.

      He is not just a psychiatrist.  He is also a neuroscientist.  And yes, I have already read those studies.   I agree with benfotiamine.  This is short term while glutened/inflammation occurs.  As I had already mentioned, these symptoms no longer exist when this phase passes.  And yes, I know that celiac is a disease of malnutrition.  We are working with a naturopath.
