My dad has mail ordered a Greenburg Smoked Turkey. Yeah! No cooking a bird this year!

I can't find ingredients on this site at all: Open Original Shared Link

Anyone have gluten-free info about this?

Odds are it will be OK. You can read the ingredients once it arrives, but if want to know sooner, you can just call and ask.

I just called - gluten, corn, soy, lactose, and sugar free, so I can eat it! They have secret ingredients that they inject and coat the turkey in, and slow roast over hickory.

Relieved that I can eat Turkey.

      I was instructed to take Algaecal as alternative to bisphosphonate drugs for osteoporosis. I did for 2 years, 1200 mg a day. My cholesterol spiked above normal during this time. We watched it and finally determined best to get a test to see if calcium was causing the spike. I have never had high cholesterol before. Could the celiac non absorption have caused calcium to build in my arteries? Now put on a statin to lower cholesterol (began at 180 went to 240 while on Alcagal). thanks
