From a home schooling mom to everybody... oh, oh, I'm on the wrong forum  - what the heck. You all will have fun with this too  .

Here's a link to a map of the Middle East - can you put the names in the correct place?

This reminds me of what is happening over there.

:o Say yes to civil liberties, human rights, democracy and justice for all!

(and if you live over there... you have to do a map of the 50 states)

(and, yes, I'm a Canuk and no, I couldn't do the whole 50 either)

As a side.. Prayers for Japan.. there just are no words..

We sat around in a coffee bar in New Zealand one night when I was 19, trying to come up with the names of all 50, let alone where they were :o

I wish they would do all the countries... that would be fun.

Well, I sure had fun doing this Middle Eastern map..thanks, "Mom"!! I put in Armenia, since my grandparents came from there, and the big countries I knew, for sure first...then had to struggle a bit, but can proudly say I did it in about 4- 5 minutes...yippee for me!!

....as for the US, I probably would have a struggle with the states in the middle...LOL LOL

and yes, I am American....

thanks for the brain exercise, Etta!

I found a countries one, you have to type in the names and it puts them on the map for you, so it's more remembering than knowing where they are: Open Original Shared Link

(I got 103 out of 195 - lots of room for improvement!)

And this one for US states: Open Original Shared Link

And yes, I spent waaaaaay too much time improving my speed on the states one. I am such a nerd for quizes. You created a monster, posting the Middle Eastern one :-)

Thanks for the list too makes me realise why I still get symptoms after cutting gluten , all that reading has just made sense to why I'm still struggling , thankyou Scott Adams very insightful , I've been baking to and there is xanthum gum in the flour , I understand now why I still have issues with that too, and ive had to cut dairy also , i had a terrible flare few months ago and my throat also was very irritable and I had sinuses issues all makes sence 👍
