Alcohol In Beauty Products!

Alot of beauty products I use have different kinds of Alcohol in them [hand lotion, moose,

hand sanitizer ect] I also use Rubbing Alcohol to soak my earnings are they safe to use by Celiac's :unsure:

It is widely accepted that alcohol is gluten-free. Even if you don't agree with that conclusion, the amount in those products that actually gets ingested is very small. It is not something I would worry about.

Most cosmetics, in my opinion, are safe unless you eat them. I don't eat shampoo, conditioner, body lotion,shaving cream... or a host of other products. Gluten free living does not have to be as hard as some people make it.

      The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

      I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

      Yarrow Pom works really well with the skin issues I found out.I had to stop so my doterra because dealing with medical celiac circus. I had shingles in Feb 2023. Prayers for healing

      More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
