Exquisite Gluten Free Bakery

Cinnamon rolls to die for. Gluten free! And crostini toast-letts, crispy, savory, yummmm... That is all I've tried from this bakery, but if all their goods are this delicious, it's probably a good thing for my diet that they are across the Bay in Oakland. They do ship, though. The cinnamon roll was tender and gooey and sweet... I may have to order some now. Just sayin'...

The lemon squares are to die for.

The bagels are also very good.

This is one of those "good thing it's a long drive" situations. We do have several stores in the Sacramento area and northern suburbs that carry some of their goodies, like the brownies, lemon squares, biscotti.

In Cameron Park, in Eldorado County, (far side of Folsom Lake, east of Sac) there is another gluten free bakery, Anza, that also has amazing cinnamon rolls.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
