My head is a bit clearer. I haven't woken up in a panic in a couple days at least. I stopped biting my nails two days ago without conscious effort. I've biten my nails since I was 5 years old, and I'm 32 now. That's actually quite significant. It represents the a high level of anxiety I am not experiencing anymore.

I will write in more in a few more days. I can feel there is probably more to come.

Anxiety was one of my symptoms too, and I'm 34. It's like an ocean of calm that was never there before.

From the time I was a small child, I was told that I was just overly sensitive and melancholy. So glad to be gluten free now because that is NOT my true personality.

I am so glad to hear you are feeling better. :D

Nail biting and cheek chewing stopped for me as well.

Morning panic too.

You are in for a lot more surprises as your body heals.

Calm feels great!

Hey, I never thought about the nail biting. I hardly ever do it now.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
