Harris Teeter Pre-Made Foods

I'm about to go to our Harris Teeter. Pre diagnosis, I used to buy their pre cooked chicken. In my store, this is an item you'd see when you first walked in (!). It's warming in plastic underneath heat lamps. Any remote possibility that any of you know of, that these items or other "pre-cooked" items are gluten-free?

Yeah, I did both. The ingredients seemed ok but when I asked they said all their pre-prepared foods (just warm) was not safe. I was puzzled. I didn't buy any of it.

Does anyone have any experience successfully eating pre-prepared food at Harris Teeter or Whole Foods that is gluten-free?

      The solution I had to drink contained sorbitol and mannitol. I was in the MRI, lying on my back, for about 40 minutes. I was given glucagon partway through, and a gadolinium contrast agent. After I got home there was some diarrhea from the prep solution.
