Just wondering if anyone has used any products that worked to help ease the discomfort of an accidental gluten dose, besides over-the-counter gas relief meds?

Pepto Bismol works pretty well for me. Sorry you're feeling poorly.

I find peppermint tea helps with cramping.

A friend's daughter gets gut relief with aloe vera juice for the few days following getting glutened. It's slightly anti-inflammatory.

I find peppermint tea helps with cramping.

This is very true. When I got sick and before I knew what was wrong with me, my mother gave me pepperming tea and it really helped.

Thank you for all the replies. The only one suggested I haven't tried is the liquid aloe, will have to look for it. Has anyone heard of a charcoal product, used for taking poison out of the body. I know someone that uses it and likes it.

Fresh ginger tea, I have to add honey. It helps with the nausea. I grind it up just before boiling

That seems at lot of solution to have put threw you when you already have bowel issues , I will phone them tomorrow because it's sorbitol I have reactions too, thankyou for the input how do you feel now ? I'm not sure I can keep still for that long with my back issues either unfortunately I didn't know it could take that long 😕

The solution I had to drink contained sorbitol and mannitol. I was in the MRI, lying on my back, for about 40 minutes. I was given glucagon partway through, and a gadolinium contrast agent. After I got home there was some diarrhea from the prep solution.
