What is the special brownie or cookie? I am 9 days Gluten free but still have cramps and diarrhea, Gas is slowly going away and bloating is gone unless I slip with the dairy.I'm lactose intolerant also. I want to know what the special cookies and brownies are. I'm sick of going to the bathroom 10+ times a day. Who makes them and where can I buy them

Perhaps you are going through gluten withdrawal like many of us have. It took about three weeks after going gluten-free for me to stop feeling ill (headaches, cramping, dizziness and so on). Try to hang in there! It will pass.
