What is the special brownie or cookie? I am 9 days Gluten free but still have cramps and diarrhea, Gas is slowly going away and bloating is gone unless I slip with the dairy.I'm lactose intolerant also. I want to know what the special cookies and brownies are. I'm sick of going to the bathroom 10+ times a day. Who makes them and where can I buy them

TIA

Perhaps you are going through gluten withdrawal like many of us have. It took about three weeks after going gluten-free for me to stop feeling ill (headaches, cramping, dizziness and so on). Try to hang in there! It will pass. :)

No clue what those special brownies or cookies are...

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
