Many Celiacs are sensitive to eggs... have you ever had a reaction to eggs this way? Also, what type of noodles did you have? Were they gluten-free?

HUGS HUGS!

mario Explorer

I never had a reaction to eggs..and, the noodles where corn noodles , which never bothered me before...I really don't have much choices in foods and, I feel dehyadrated...well I'm going to have some fish and, go relax...

thanks for youe support.. :(

SadiesMomma Apprentice

Is it possible that you could have a corn allergy? The similar thing happened to me till I switched to rice noodles. Check with your doctor!!!

my doctor knows nothing about celiac, he also told me that I can cheat if sometimes I want to..Duh!!! ;) he really loves writting out prescriptions tho..

Cheese and yogurt? Maybe a dairy problem?

Beef cubes might be suspect.

Lick any stamps or envelopes? Kiss any gluten-eaters?

I think it was the cheese..the beef cubes where just plain beef cubes fresh from the bucher..

envelopes---nope

Kiss---yeah my momy but, not on the lips or mouth..

Mario,

Have you ever had this reaction to eating dairy foods? I never did and then one day it happened... and slowly but surely it developed into this. Obviously internally it was celiac but my body was warning me or something. Have you been tested by an allergist to see if you are lactose intolerant?

Try going dairy free for a week, see if that helps.

I have found that a food diary helps so much.... I write down that I ate, when and a comment/reactions as well. Its a hassel but not too much of one once you get into the routine of it. Plus, its good to show the docs and also good for when you have those OOPS kind of days. You can look back and see if you had a similar reation to it another time.. yadda yadda.

Good luck! Hope your feeling better!

Double check the yogert. The added ingredients in there took me by suprise when I first started gluten-free. I had a coffee yogert right before I went to see my GI doc and I felt horrible! I went back and checked the ingredients and guess what; one of them was one I should have avoided, but I did not know at the time.....so double check the yogert. Some companies will not guarantee that they are gluten-free b/c the fruit may have been dusted with wheat! News to me.

Hope you are feeling better now.

Mario I wanted to send you a hug!

I too can relate, I am gluten sensitive and Casein sensitive. I do however cheat with the dairy. I really watch the milk and cheat with gluten-free pizza once in awhile. Actually I can tolerate a smidgen of cheese but I had four small pieces of gluten-free pizza about 12 days ago and I am still paying for it. I can go a long time without the dairy then I weaken and give in. But I am building up a stronger level of self-control, slowly. The bowel trouble is not worth it but it is a process for me.

:D:huh::o:D:rolleyes:<_<:)B):blink::unsure::D;):lol:

They both do.  The peanuts add nutrients to the treat. Tootsie Roll: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Palm Oil, Condensed Skim Milk, Cocoa, Whey, Soy Lecithin, Artificial and Natural Flavors. But M&M's contain milk, and would not be at all like a Tootsie Roll.

I appreciate you validating me because medical is an issue and it's not ok at all they they do this. Some days I just want to call the news media and just call out these doctors especially when they are supposed to be specialist Downplaying when gluten-free when they should know gluten-free is false negative. Now dealing with other issues and still crickets for disability because I show no signs of celiac BECAUSE IM GLUTENFREE! Actively dealing with sibo and skin issues.Depression is the key because thats all they know, im depressed because medical has caused it because of my celiac and related issues. I should have never ever been employed as a bus driver. After 3 years still healing and ZERO income desperately trying to get better but no careteam for celiac other than stay away frim wheat! Now im having care because my head is affected either ms or meningioma in go in tomorrow again for more scans.I know im slowly dying and im looking like a disability chaser

M&M Peanuts. About the same calories and sugar while M&M Peanuts have fiber, potassium, iron and protein that Tootsie Rolls ("We are currently producing more than 50 million Tootsie Rolls each day.") don't. Click the links to compare nutritional values.  Both are made with sugar, not high fructose corn syrup.  I use them as a gluten free substitute for a peanut butter sandwich.  Try her on grass fed, pasture fed milk. While I get heartburn at night from commercial dairy milk, I do not from 'grassmilk'.

I see it everyday on my feeds.  They go out and buy gluten-free processed products and wonder why they can't heal their guts.  I don't think they take it as a serious immune disease. They pick up things off the internet which is so far out in left field.  Some days I would just like to scream.  So much better when we had support groups and being able to teach them properly. I just had an EMA blood test because I haven't had one since my Doctor moved away.  Got test results today, doctor ordered a D3 vitamin test.  Now you know what  type of doctors we have.  Now I will have to pay for this test because she just tested my D3 end of December, and still have no idea about my EMA.
