I Don't Know Whats Wrong

For the last month I've had some side cramping after I eat. Been trying hard to work around that. Recsently, I've started to cramp more, bloat and vomit after I eat lunch. Usually the pain and cramps start first.

I came home from work yesterday and today vomiting. This time however, my stomach started to burn before i got sick. The nausea med seems to make me hurt more. So, I'll be double checking that. I'm going to call my gastro tomorrow, but it will probably take awhile to get in eith even a PA.

I've never had vomitting as a glutened symptom.

I even thought ulcer, but it hurts like I have eaten straight up gluten. I don't cheat and try to be very careful. Any ideas?

Sounds like it is getting steadily worse? You might want to call that gastro asap and get an emergency appointment. Would be much better than him/her seeing in the emergency department.

They didn't think it was my appenditics. However, thisis the same MD that gave me a smalole of Donnatal to try and it's not on the list @ glutenfreedrugs. She said she couldn't find anyother med to take it's place that was gluten-free. She told me to try it anyway, "it probably only has trace amounts"!

At least she did some blood work and I got something for nausea.

I eat in my lunchroom at school (work) I put down paper towels to eat on. Today, two rice cakes, Hormel turkey meat, a safe sadald dressing I've had before, carrot sticks and some lettus. I had my gallbladder check almost two years ago and it was 97 functioning. I work and live in a shared enviroment. I can control the home one better.

Yesterday was a noodle pasta salad with tuna mixed in.

I'm a nut for hand washing and I wear plastic food gloves when needed.

      Thank you so much for sharing your experience and I found myself giggling with happiness as I read how your body reached such spring! And I hope that your current journey is also successful!! Definitely starting the food diary! So many amazing advices. And it’s very scary. It really hits all our soft spots as well as our confidence system. Most doctors I went thought I was underage despite being in my late 20s. Right now I look like am I twelve, but is also this body that’s taking so much, so I might as well love it too! Going to make the necessary changes and stay in this path. Thank you again! 🫶

      Thank you so much for the information and kind message! Reading this transformed how I’ve been viewing my efforts and progress. Guess there’s still a lot to celebrate and also heal 😌  Yes, I’ve been taking it! Just recently started taking a multivitamin supplement and separated vitamin D! I also took chewable Iron polymaltose for ferritin deficiency 2 months ago but was unable to absorb any of it.  Thank you again! Hearing such gentle words from the community makes my body and heart more patient and excited for the future.
