Hi, I'm just not sure if the Kraft smooth peanut butter (light) is gluten free or not? Thanks!

Read the ingredients. Kraft will clearly disclose all forms of gluten.

The original post came from a computer in Canada. But, in any case, with Kraft (and others, including Unilever, ConAgra and General Mills) just read the label. If there is any gluten you will see the name of the grain, or (sometimes) the word "malt." As far as I recall, Kraft will never label barley as malt without also using the word "barley."

Kraft Peanut butter contains soybean oil - As it turns out, soy is incredibly cross-contaminated because most farmers who grow soy also grow wheat, and they use the same equipment (combines, storage and trucks) for both. The solution? You can buy certified gluten-free soy sauce, but you may have to grow your own edamame.
