I think I may be celiac, just not completely sure yet. I have many symptoms, some even server... leading me to think I was celiac at birth, ignored minor symptoms, and now have lead to other health problems. I have a lump on the left side of my head ( headaches, odd lightheadness, even feeling of shock/ near feel of coma...). You or anyone with celiac experience a lump on head, and went away?

This is protocol

Your first step should be getting tested, do keep eating gluten until the tests are complete. Ask your doctor for a complete celiac panel. Lumps should not be ignored and should be evaluated by your doctor.

Already had a cat scan and x-ray, and was told everything looked normal. I have many symptoms related to celiac/ wheat allergies and decided to go on a gulten free diet. My symptoms seems to be decreasing/ improving. Though the lump seems more as is. Only thing the doctors are trying to do for me is diagnose me as a anxiety disorder, which I think is due to my allergies... and anxiety seems to be decreased also. It would be nice to order a pizza, or eat out at any resturant ( getting anything) though I think it may not be best to do... going on a gluten free diet first.

Glad to hear they have looked into the lump and that it is not something dire. If the diet is helping you are doing the right thing. Celiac disease can also cause neuro issues with anxiety and depression and this may resolve once you become more profiecient in the diet. For me a severe depressive episode with suicidal ideation and loss of balance are the first clues that I have been glutened. Thank goodness now that I am on the diet it is short lived and the depression usually resolves within 24 hours as long as I am not being reglutened. Balance issues take weeks to go away though.

Hang in there and while in most areas we can't find a gluten-free pizza in a restaurant there are some pretty good pizza shells out there so we can take care of that craving at home.

Thank you that’s really helpful, hopeful won’t have to have a biopsy.

That means the normal range (i.e. not celiac disease) would be a result less than 14.99.  Your result is WAY above that. Some gastroenterologists would diagnose that as celiac disease even without a confirming biopsy because it is more than ten times the top of the normal range.

Hi everyone. Back in 2022 I had blood work drawn for iga ext gliadin. Since then I’ve developed worse stomach issues and all other health issues. My doctor just said cut out gluten. He did no further testing. Please see my test results attached. I just need some direction cause I feel so ill and the stomach pain is becoming worse. Can this test show indications for other gastrointestinal diseases?

Thank you. These were the results TTG ABS NUMERICAL: > 250.0 U/mL [< 14.99]  Really don’t understand the results!

Clearly from what you've said the info on Dailymed is much more up to date than the other site, which hasn't been updated since 2017. The fact that some companies might be repackaging drugs does not mean the info on the ingredients is not correct.
