  6. Part of the entertainment business, especially for women is to be extremely thin. I seriously don't think actresses have a choice in their weight, if they want roles they have to be a certain size... I think more of them have unhealthy eating habits, rather than celiac. . . Though I do agree that being super thin is not healthy, or something we as movie...
  7. Wheat is a listed ingredient on the almond flavoured Manischewitz macaroons. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up just in case you buy them - read the labels on the different flavours. I noticed the chocolate one did not list gluten.

  12. I mix frozen berries with some protien, a little honey and milk in the morning for breakfast. It has a pretty good amount of fiber, and I make it into a kinda ice cream, though you can have it as a shake as well...

  15. I would suggest not taking any type of protien or powders. I've noticed they use the same scoop/spoon when picking the powders. Just a suggestion.

  19. Hi, Whole Foods has some gluten free food. Erewhon (near The Grove) has rice noodles, bars, soups and chips that are gluten free. Amys products are sold there as well... And Amys are sold at Ralphs too.

  22. You could bread chicken strips/fish with crushed gluten free corn flakes. It's a healthier alternative to chips, and less salty...

  25. Il Fornello's in Toronto: I would suggest going to certain ones over others. The one on Yonge Street in Markham is great with gluten free. However, the one on King Street does not offer all the gluten-free options that the other restaurants do. There's a pub on the Danforth (around Pape St.) called Fox and the Fiddle that offers great gluten free food...
