Dear Nikki, I have been trying to lose a few pounds as well. So far, my mother has noticed my hips are smaller. That is good, because I did not! I do a lot around here. I do not sit still too much. I am figety. I am glad you had a nice birthday. Although, even when you are trying to lose weight, it is alright to have a treat... -
Dear scotty, I know what you mean! Sometimes I think I need a body transplant! That would solve everything! There is no way anything would go wrong if everything was new! Knowing my luck, the parts would not be made right, and there would be a recall! The gallbladder can cause pain in your back. It tends to hurt under...

Dear Rinne, I finally got to go to the Lyme Strategies site. I bookmarked it. Now I can get there in a flash! That is a great place to find information! I hope to try the Salt/C solution soon! Payday is not until later this week on the 1st. Dear Nikki, Well, blow me if it wasn't already your birthday! HAPPY LATE... -

Dear Susan, I sort of have a little trick for memory I read about. It is so funny, because it sounds strange, but it really works! If there is something you want to remember, press your "memory buttons" on your head! This is quirky, but it works! You just use your index finger to tap the top of your head lightly to help you remember. ... -

Dear Patti, I don' t know how long I will last outside. I have class at 8pm. There is a lot to do in here! I am just going to limit my time on things. That way I do not overdo it. Oh yes, the menopause is a trip alright! It is a difficult journey for us all! Perhaps during menopause, people should just be locked up for others... -
Dear scotty, I think the sugar in the Gatorade might set off the runs. However, the chicken may not agree with you all the time. It may be one of those things where you can tolerate it once in a while. Rotating your foods helps prevent you from developing new food allergies. I had the same trouble you were talking about before going gluten...

Dear Bev, I think it is a habit I got into a long time ago! I like to address everyone this way so they know who I am talking to! There are a lot of us on the board. Since we are all friends, it is fitting to include Dear. We all have helped each other so much! Dear Rinne, It is great your sweetie will be home to help... -
Dear scotty, If you find something bothers you, I would say forgo it. You know what your body tolerates. I agree that if you are eating organic and do a rotation diet, that is smart. There are way too many ingredients in foods that are processed. You will have no idea how to pinpoint what is actually irritating your system. I think you have...

Dear Rachel, Thank you for the info on the enemas. That is interesting stuff! I have heard a lot about colonics as well. I was wondering about the differences. I am not sure if this is something I could do, though. My system is nuts. Dear Patti, I think it could be DH. I have those bumps too! They are small and reddish... -
Dear loraleena, That sounds delicious! I wish I had some! I love popcorn! I could eat a ton of it! Whenever I do have any, I can eat an entire bag's worth by myself! It does not irritate my stomach, either. Sincerely, NoGluGirl

Dear Andrea, Thanks for the information! I was wondering about this. When my Thyroid is slow, I need to avoid flouride. Right now, it is hyper. I wish there was a way to equal out the problems with the Thyroid, instead of having to flip back and forth every few months! Sincerely, ... -

Dear Pauliina, That makes sense. I was curious if anyone knew why this would be! I have to watch my fat intake pretty closely, due to my gallbladder being removed. I cannot tolerate high fat anything. Cheese certainly sets alright. However, even one little pudding cup or yogurt cup makes me sick. It is so odd. The Cool Whip I actually... -

Dear Donna, I used to play the violin, so I can read music. Just remember the FACE going up the scale for the spaces. EGBDF (Every Good Boy Does Fine) for the lines is how to remember those notes. I cannot sing well in a group, because I hear too much of everyone around me. I cannot hear myself. That makes it hard to stay in key. ... -

Dear StrongerToday, It is odd that I can tolerate some dairy and not others. I can apparently handle a small amount of lactose. I can have a dab of Cool Whip, a slice of cheese, or a milk chocolate bar. I cannot eat yogurt or pudding, though. It is so strange. Sincerely, NoGluGirl -

Dear Bev, ROFLMAO! That is all so hilarious! You wanna hear something even crazier? I knew what you meant with pipcs! I knew exactly what you meant! I figured it was a typo. I sort of got confused at first, but realized what you were talking about. I love to sing as well. I dance, compose, sing, write music, etc.... -

Dear Susan, I go around saying that quote from Seinfeld all of the time, too! It is a lot of fun to say! I forgot about the rescue signal, though! That was so funny! It was a terrific episode! I hope Tika and Stinker feel better soon! Hopefully, the test results will come in soon. Then they will have answers and can... -

Dear Susan, I quote that all of the time, too! I forgot about the signal to be rescued! Now I remember! That was so funny! It was a great episode! I am sorry Stinker and Tika are having such a hard time. I hope the result come back soon. Annie sounds like a sweetie. Tasha Bear and Jasmine were our Standard and Mini Schnauzers... -

Dear Patti, The Lymettes are great! I love it! That will be awesome! Raise awareness through music! The only trouble is deciding between a parade with a float, or other stuff! The allergen covers are worth using. I need to try and keep my room as allergen free as possible. The trouble is the dog. I am even allergic to... -

Dear Chrissy, The sad truth of the matter is doctors are just morons in labcoats with a God complex. I have had many terrible experiences as well. I was accused of being crazy, anorexic, and called everything but human. Finally, I wised up and realized my intuition never steers me wrong, and to quit listening to everyone else around me. ... -

Dear Carla, I agree that grains often are a bad choice of nutrition. It is very frightening how dangerous they are. I wonder something. Do you think that grains such as wheat absorb more toxins from the pesticides than other foods? Do vegetables and fruits contain lower levels of toxins, or higher levels? This would be interesting to see... -

Dear Patti, I think that the allergy covers might help some. The thing is, the dust is all over our house! You see, we live out in the county. Corn fields are not far from here. The wind tends to blow the dust in from them, you know? We could dust very thoroughly, then the next day, already have dust piled up again! We were using an air... -

Dear Claire, Thank you so much for the info! I think this will really help! The castor oil pack is something I would like to know more about as well. It is worth the effort! I am having a lot of problems. Sincerely, Jin -
Dear scotty, I can eat a whole bag of popcorn and have no trouble! It seems to set better than some other things. It really has a lot of fiber, too. I eat Act II Light Microwave Popcorn. I cannot afford organic foods, but if I could I would get them. They are natural and not genetically modified. The GMOs are dangerous. Our bodies were...

Dear SunnyDyRain, I did not realize that about Coffee Mate! I have not used it since going gluten-free anyway. I handle extremely small amounds of lactose, but I do not want to overdo it. It is better to err on the side of caution than put yourself through the misery. I mostly drink my coffee with just a little sweetener in it, anyway...
