    We've been wondering this on another thread as when I first went gluten-free 2 years ago it was the general word that bleu cheese was out since it was aged on bread. Does anyone know if this is true? Are there any that aren't grown on bread? Would wheat have to be listed as an ingredient if it were aged that way?

    Thanks for sharing TinkerbellSwt! That's a lot. I'm not planning on going off my meds. I'm the same as you (but unipolar) and I know that this is a chemical imbalance. I just wonder sometimes if all this would have occured without gluten in my life.
