  1. The high total IgA could be the reason for the grey zone Ttg IgA. The test is dependent on IgA
  2. Try with some fact pages, like http://www.cureceliacdisease.org/faq/what-are-some-of-the-symptoms-of-celiac-disease/
  3. The EMA is only positive with celiac
  4. You are double DQ6, which is more a gluten sensitivity gene We have had at least two celiacs with DQ6 here your Ttg-IgA was negative DGP was not run I think, nor EMA
  5. did you have both the 0201 and the 0302 beta chain and the halv DQ2 (05*) alpha that belogns to the 0201 beta positive? Otherwise the results give no meaning, as one has only two beta chains and two alpha chains. "there were three HLA things -Dq2, DQ5, & Dq8 and a fourth whole celiac item" The DQ5 would have been 0101in alpha and 0501in beta But of...
  6. By the way, the tissue trasnglutaminase-3 is the antibody involved with DH. (celiac in the skin) (and the ttg-6 is for antibodies in the CNS) Those cross react sometimes a bit with the ordinary celiac test Ttg-2, sometimes not. Interesting tests. By they way, do you have DH? The diagnosis is via skin biopsy of healthy skin while you still eat...
  7. According to finnish research, many old people get diagnosed with celiac, and people get celiac even though they are not young children all the time. They found 3% of the tested old people to be positive with the Ttg test when testing a lot of old people. Not just young children get celiac disease.
  8. Half a DQ2,2 detected (the alpha part, 0201) here the increased IEL explained Open Original Shared Link
  9. And it adds up when drinking or consuming a lot. (that was the original question here, how much is 20ppm in a given amount of food/drink)
  10. there is a DH folder here
  11. smri, yes, you have DQ2,5 from each of your parents. Not sure one of them has the normal DQ2,5 in cis since they did not find 0501 , but testing is not totally perfect but still it is DQ2,5
  12. was by chance the DGP test ordered?
  13. hayley the 05 belongs to 0201 and is 2,5 the 03 belongs do 0301 and is 7.3 smri there are two 05 0201 which are two DQ2,5 Beckyhux, they tested for 02* in beta, and found it, looked for DQ8, negative, and looked for 05* in alpha, not found So it is either 0202 DQ2,2 which is a celiac gene with less risk, or 0201, half a DQ2,5
