    Rpm999, Spinning the blood separates the serum or plasma form the the whole blood sample. If it is not spinned the sample will start to coagulate and get thick and clumpy.     Oh I wanted to ask Rachel What do you do about vitamins? I know you eat peas for veggies but it seems to me you would be deficient with what you eat from day to day.
