I find pilates helps and i've heard that yoga helps too which i might try next. I also find that keeping up a regular exercise routine makes the gluten trip less intense and makes it easier to exercise if i have been gluttened! -

Hi, I'm not sure if i have DH or not, i might have to wait till i go back to the UK to find out for sure. it's so frustrating, i think it's going to be a case of trail and error.........sky vodka is gluten free and Jose Cuervo tequilla is fine too, but on the spirit front thats all i know and i've been too scared to try others. I suppose we'll just have to keep adding to this forum as we find info, thanks for the info so far though, it all helps! -

It looks like Southern Comfort and Glenfiddich is ok too and as far as i can tell all vodka is ok too especially SKY. Maybe i should have done some more research before i posted this. The only one i'm unsure about now is the Alize -

Hi, I have the Alize gold passion and Bleu. The ingrediants for gold passion are passion and exotic fruits, cognac, sugar, spirit, natural flavours. I think Blue is pretty much the same (no ingrediants on bottle). I've looked on the website but i can't find much info. Does anyone know if these are gluten free?
