    I used to have spasms all the time couldnt figure it out, I don't think that I had them when I was 100o/o gluten free but since I have been eating regular food for the past few months with eating gluten-free here and there they have returned.     I can eat oats when i make them for my family but sometimes i do get a reactions just really depends because my reactions vary everytime i eat something. At one time i believed that i had a total reaction with them because I would eat oatmeal with wheat or white toast and by 1pm total gas pain that would wake me up from a sound sleep and i would have to rush...

    I can also feel my heartbeating after eating gluten in the middle of my stomach which is also why I continually thought that I could be preganate, took me a long time to realize what in the heck was going on.     I had this and still do at times for the longest time i had convinced myself that I could be pregnat and I was late as well, which I am usually on time, so I would think ok Im pregnat and then I would start, I would get spasms and soon after I would pass loud gas, I had this for I think 5 yrs but maybe more but never realized something maybe wrong with me...

    I bought some supplements but I only took them for a week and I forgot that I had them in the medicine cabinet and havent taken them since gee I cant remember half the time to take them, and I know that it is important to take at least the calcium especially while healing a fracture, the multi vitiamin which has iron in it was making me constipated and hurt...

    Welcome Clo-Jay It was not to hard for me at first but it got really hard for me later when all my test came back negative and I just wanted to prove the doctor wrong and started eating regular food again I only hurt myself in the process, but I am trying now to get back on track with eating what I need to.     bremac, If you live here in Texas which you don't, they have a previllion that you can sit and eat your own food or you could get a cooler ice chest leave it in your car it should stay cool enough until you need to eat your food, It can't get that hot in new england, not as hot as Texas just a thought Oh ya they also can stamp you hand to come...

    Deb Brooklyn is beutiful, My daughter is 7 will be 8 in Aug and we probly wont have any more because im 36 and I think that is too old for me to have another at this point, but if it happens then God will give me what he wants us to have.     Tell me about it. I have 2 babies in here that can't settle down very well. but i cant blame one of the them because he has a terrible bruise on his head and breastfeeding all the time and then i have another 2 who wants to spit all the time that is enough to make anyone want to go home which thankfully I only have 2hours to go and counting.
