    Nancy Hi, I have seen info on celiac disease that there are neuro problems but it never went into detail of what the symptoms are. Thanky you everybody for all of your advise, it does make me fell better.

    Hello all I have a bag of bread mix that was given to me that calls for 3 1/2tsp of Xanthum gum I am not going to buy a bag of Xanthum gum for $10.00 us for just 3 1/2 tsp, when I will not finish the bag it will go to waste.     I totally agree with you, My sister first told me about celiac disease and her symptoms so I checked it out because I to was experinacing these symptoms that I saw on the web. But we both habe been tested and negative, but the VA told her it was all in her head, sounds like the VA right. But my sister now is not blaming celiac disease for her gastric problems...

    Gail Hi, I can drink anything espeically water and I will need to go almost immetiatly within 10-20minutes. And if I go to the Dr. and asked to provide a urine sample I don't have to drink anything to make me go and it could be hours since I have any drinks.
