    He finally was admitted to a psych hospital/facility. It was very emotional to see him, and then talk to my uncles afterwards. I have a headache from crying.

    Yea, it was really scary! And, I do have an epi-pen! Everyone, I just talked to my grandparents, and they said to find out how long I will need to be on the Mepron and they'll pay for it! Well, gtg see my brother in the hospital!

    Carla, Thanks about the Ambien. I will check out that thread. It was very scary, especially because I had chest pain earlier in the day and the Hema had just told me about people dying from PICC line infections. Ahh! Mepron is SO expensive! I can't imagine only paying $25 for it! You're SO lucky! I wonder if there is anywhere we can get it for cheaper...

    Well, my ob/gyn put me on a pill to induce my period, but then I wouldn't stop bleeding after about 10 days, she she put me on a BCP. We did this because I have had my period for 90 days before, so she wanted to prevent that. I am 5'4" and about 115 lbs, so I am not underweight either, but again, I haven't had a period for about 4 months again. My ob/gyn...

    Well, it turns out the Dr got really behind and then he had to catch a flight to LA, so we didn't get to talk to him; we talked to the PA instead.     Matt, Another thing is if you decide to allow the baby gluten, you will be able to recognize the signs of Celiac right away, and you won't have to wait years and years for a diagnosis.

    It did uses to say it contained a certain percentage of barley malt. But apparently they didn't change the formula and now they say it's gluten-free, but it's not!     Gwen B, By the sounds of your allergic reaction, you need to ask for an epi-pen. You need to have one with you at all times, if you had to go to the ER, that's bad. Also, I would ask for another allergy test because you may have developed a new allergy.

    Everyone, I just got an email from a teacher at online school and she was so sweet, she said: I am SO shocked! You guys probably remember what my teachers at regular school said to me...they weren't very nice. This is so refreshing! (Just had to share that with you guys.)

    That's far away!!! My mom complains that it takes us 10 minutes to get to Whole Foods....lol! Although in LA traffic it can take longer. I hope that pain subsides quickly for you! I have been having lower left abdomen pain too...hmm. Must be Lyme (everything is Lyme now! :lol:) for me.

    Everyone has different opinions about this, if you want to have a "real" diagnosis, you may want to get a biopsy. All people who have miscarriages aren't necessarily Celiac, BUT if you noticed a reaction to gluten, then you may want to try to get diagnosed. It's up to you!

    Paula, Yea, I keep having awful dreams. It's very strange! I had another one last night that a girl I used to go to school with became a Dr. was telling my that I don't have Lyme! LOL! I was really angry at her in the dream (well, I actually don't like her anyway!) and I got up and left the room and she was shocked! LOL!
