    My brother's dog started eating an old chair which of course passed on through. He declared the dog defective since his stuffing was coming out. Nice Av work, Richard and gorjuss kitty, Patti. I need to take a decent picture of my JosieDog so you can all be envious of my barking, deck chewing, jump on the company dog.

    You could do something like a baked potato bar or a nachos (supreme)/taco bar. Dessert could be an ice cream sundae bar. Bar, bar, bar . . . got a real theme going here!

    Also, just to add my personal opinion on flours . . . the bean flours give you a better texture but for us the taste was off. The rice flours . . . ugh . . . NO TASTE, crumbly, heavy . . . not good for bread. I use both bean flours and rice flours in other recipes, but in bread, the flour is too dominant of a factor in it's flavor.

    My last two loaves have been out of Annalise Roberts Gluten-Free Baking Classics (overall a very good cook book). And so far, this recipe has produced the best tasting bread (family consensus) - it uses sorghum and millet (and more). It is fabulous fresh out of the oven. I buy the items that say gluten free and I have bought items that clearly don't have gluten (where the label actually has items listed that you KNOW what that is).     I used the Pamela's muffin recipe. I made extra and kept them in the fridge. We had them the next two mornings. They were fine cold and they also heated up well in the microwave.
